The SRS Team is known for its marketing, especially when it comes to selling single family homes. The first step in the process is for our home stager/editor to meet with the seller to prepare the home. In some cases, furniture or decorative pieces are brought in and in other cases the home stager is helping to declutter. Once the home is ready, our professional photographer takes photos of the home for the MLS listing and other marketing material. In addition, a video of the property is produced which is used for social media. The videos can be a lot of fun, especially when the SRS agent is in it. Don’t be surprised if your SRS agent gets creative to help showcase the property. Videos of boating, biking, swimming in a pool, and grilling outside is not unusual to find in our videos. In addition, we provide floor plans, a 3D video, and paid social media ads.
